Brad Utterback

Brad is an ITIL® Expert teaching all the ITIL® courses for 11+ years. He contributed to the ITIL® Practitioner Guide and worked on ITSM process definition and implementation projects. Brad writes course-ware and is called upon to help scope projects and consult with all types of organizations as it relates to ITSM and aligning IT services with business outcomes. He has also taught service management concepts in universities in Kazakhstan volunteering his time to be with undergraduate students and university professors, as well as hosting many students in the Chicago area enabling them to visit and experience many different types of businesses.
