To run a PRINCE2® project in an agile setting, the project organization and processes will have to be tailored to accommodate and agile way of working. In this course, Tailoring Roles and Processes for Agile, you will explore how to tailor the processes and organization of your project to suit your specific environment. First, you will learn about the specific changes to the PRINCE2® roles in an agile project. Next, you will discover how to tailor the processes at the beginning of a project. Finally, you will receive guidance on tailoring the processes that occur during the project and while ending the project. When you are finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge needed to tailor the organization and processes of your specific PRINCE2 Agile® project.
