Ben has a deep appreciation for all things technology and loves to help people understand complex topics. He has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years as a system administrator, Citrix Technical Lead, and now a Sr. Enablement Specialist at Citrix. Ben has been the recipient of multiple awards at Citrix for high performance as a Technical Support Engineer and Technical Lead. He once owned an MSP, managing the networks for a few local small to medium businesses. He has multiple IT degrees an... mored has achieved certifications from Microsoft (MCSA equivalent), Citrix (CCE-V) , and CompTIA (A+, Network +, Security+.) Ben enjoys playing video games with his two kids and can be found at local campfires singing and playing guitar (poorly). Rod Haanappel began his career as a cartographer in Australia before moving to IT management in Ireland. There, he indulged his passion of teaching and writing, eventually becoming a full-time Microsoft MCSE instructor and a producer of networking courses for City and Guilds. Rod started with Citrix in 2013 as an escalation engineer and then migrated to Citrix Education as the technical curriculum architect for Citrix virtualization products in 2019. Bharat is passionate about embracing and harnessing new technology to make complex concepts more accessible to everyone. With over nine years of experience in the dynamic world of Citrix, he's embarked on an exciting journey from being a Support Engineer to the role he cherishes today as a Lead Enablement Specialist in the Customer Success team at Citrix. He enjoys playing table tennis and watching super hero movies and also watching Cricket.

Juan is a seasoned IT professional with two decades of vast experience in information technology with a focus on troubleshooting and managing customers technical issues within a Technical Support environment. He has dedicated 10 years of his career to Citrix administration and troubleshooting, gaining a wealth of expertise across various Citrix solutions, including Storefront, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Endpoint Management, and Sharefile. Juan has made significant contributions in the cre... moreation and development of training programs tailored for Citrix Frontline and Escalation Support engineers. His knowledge and expertise were recognized when he took the stage as a presenter at Citrix TechEdge in both 2017 and 2018. Juan's commitment extended beyond training, as he actively participated in recruiting and training XenMobile and Sharefile support teams within our Support Center of Excellence in Costa Rica. Additionally, he contributed to shaping the XenMobile 10 Certification Exam. One of Juan's greatest achievements is his role as the creator and presenter of the "Deploy Citrix DaaS on Google Cloud Customer Journey Course," available here on Pluralsight. Juan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Broward College. He is currently pursuing an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, with an anticipated graduation date in December 2023. During his free time, Juan treasures spending time with his family and enjoys riding his road bike.
