You’ll start by learning how to plan and deliver IT services combining Kanban, ITIL and ITSM best practices. Then, you will study quality management and how to continuously deliver improvements and innovations in any IT operation. In the last course, the focus will shift to defining governance and objective management.

In this beginner section we will cover how to turn IT Service Management theory into practice by focusing on the role of the Service Delivery Manager and the techniques that can be employed to plan and deliver IT services based on value streams.
In this intermediate section we will cover IT Services Quality Management and how it can be used to continuously deliver services and results combining an agile mindset with already established quality management practices in project management, governance and ITSM itself.
In this advanced session we will learn implementation best practices and how to establish governance and management objectives.
