In the past year, rising inflation, talent scarcity, and growing skills gaps have affected every organization. It isn't a question of if you've been impacted—it's how much.

When the economic outlook is hazy and your organization is scrutinizing every investment, it can easy to leave upskilling behind. But in the midst of uncertainty, investing in your current talent is more important than ever.

Join Pluralsight for a virtual workforce transformation-focused lunch & Learn, where our experts will discuss

  • The current state of workforce transformation in 2023
  • The common challenges organizations face while experiencing economic headwinds
  • How to approach tech skills literacy and fluency with your team
  • How to shift from consumers to creators of talent
