There are many different ways to approach customer service. In this course, Customer Support: Methods of Support, you’ll learn to provide quality customer support in a range of areas. First, you’ll explore customer support methods that are outside of your control as an agent, focusing on website help pages and AI chatbots. Next, you’ll discover how to provide a quality support service in support areas that you can control, concentrating on emails, live chats, and telephone support.
