Prerequisites
  • Learners should have at least 6á12 months of IT administration experience working with Windows environments and a basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, type and Active Directory. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft admin center is helpful. No prior Microsoft Intune experience is required, though experience with on-premises device management tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Group Policy is beneficial for co-management topics.
