In this course, we use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality assessment to help us understand, work with, and influence others. In the first module, we introduce personality assessments and the MBTI and set the foundation for the rest of the course. In the second module, we break down the MBTI results so you can understand the results beyond what looks like just a bunch of mixed-up letters.
